The Center for Strategic Cyberspace + Security Science is a bipartisan, multilateral, international nonprofit organization headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It seeks to advance global cyberspace security and prosperity by providing strategic insights for cyberspace and policy solutions to decision makers.
Our projects, programmes, and research are objective, and independent. Regardless of the research sponsor or partner, our work is independent and free of commercial bias, partisan, and ideological prejudice. Our research is peer-reviewed by experts both within CSCSS and independently. This scrutiny is part of what makes us a trustworthy source of expertise, research, and analysis.
Since 2010, CSCSS has been dedicated to finding ways to sustain cyberspace prosperity as a force for good in the world. The CSCSS mission is both simple and incredibly complex: We work to ensure a secure, free, prosperous, and open cyberspace based on Leadership, Research and Defence. It represents what is best about cyber-centric leadership, and is capable of bringing together diverse, converging viewpoints, and leadership for cyberspace.

Richard Zaluski, has chaired the CSCS Board of Directors since 2010 and is the Centres president and chief executive officer. The CSCSS focus on cyberspace provides advancement cyber international policy focused on defense and security; regional stability; and transnational challenges ranging from critical infrastructures, technology, cybercrime, terrorism, and research to national security, development and economic integration.
Since its inception the Center for Strategic Cyberspace + Security Science / CSCSS has worked to develop practical solutions for today’s cyberspace challenges. As we move forward CSCSS will continue work on the international stage to provide strategic insights and bipartisan cyber policy solutions for our digital age.
