The office is responsible for relations with new partners who wish to engage the CSCSS on a new initiative. If you are interested in partnering with, or proposing a new project, programme, or initiative we encourage you to contact us. We follow the following process for the development and launch of initiatives at CSCSS.
Initial Concept : An initial concept is identified by CSCSS and/or a partner as a result of market analysis that may be carried out with CSCSS as a new initiative.
Outline Business Plan / Rationale : This involves the preparation of an outline business plan and accompanying rationale. If approved the plan which will be endorsed by a corresponding CSSCSS Review Board.
Approval Process : Each application must undergo a rigorous assessment process to ensure viability. This includes financial viability as well as the business viability of the proposal. CSCSS works with industry and government to fund its projects. All initiatives must be funded.
Proposals can only authorized by the CSCSS Review Board. More complex proposals require approval by the CSCSS Board of Directors who may require and recommend that the proposed initiative be subject to further investigation for viability.
Final Approval : All proposals will need to go to a convened Initiatives Approval Board for final approval. Contact CSCSS Approval for advice on how and when to submit the proposal. Once fully approved full programme regulations will be developed within CSCSS to ensure governance.
